Our Standard Delivery ensures your orders reach you within 3–7 business days, with free delivery on purchases above NPR 1,000. For faster service, choose Express Delivery, which delivers within 1–2 business days in major cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Biratnagar, or Same-Day Delivery in select cities for orders placed before 11:00 AM.

For added flexibility, our Pickup Points allow you to collect orders from designated locations in major cities. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders, ensuring a secure payment option.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, our Eco-Friendly Option reduces packaging and delivery costs by combining multiple orders, offering loyalty points or discounts as incentives.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Elite Nepal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and hassle-free exchange or return process to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
    Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return.

  2. Process:
    To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us or request a pickup (where available).

  3. Refund Policy:
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box or packaging.
  • Tags and Labels: All tags, labels, and barcodes attached to the product must be intact.
  • Accessories: Any accessories, manuals, or additional items included in the original package must be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Condition of the Product: The product should not show signs of use, wear, or damage.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For most orders, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you're unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or leave a note with instructions. You can also arrange for someone else to sign on your behalf.
